Robert Pearsall Best, age 80, was predeceased by his mother Mary P. Fowler, stepfather Duke Fowler, in-laws Floyd and Judy Morgan, sister-in-law Judy Duffy, and great-grandson Kayden Bennett. He is survived by Sandie, his wife of 48 years, sons Chad (Andrea) Best, Steve (Laura) Best, daughter Penny (Cliff) Bennett, sister Laurie (Don) Gabbard, sister-in-law Becky (Tom) Bolton, brother-in-law Tim (Noreen) Morgan, eight grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. Bob served in the Coast Guard for four-and-a-half years. He worked for the NYDOT for 36 years and was also the Code Enforcement for the Town of Canadice, retiring in 2017. He loved to play golf, playing in several golf leagues. He loved his dogs and his many friends.
