Tarantello, Frank A Sr.
Canandaigua, NY
Passed away on June 26, 2021 at age 74. Frank was predeceased by his wife Rosemary of 49 years; parents Anthony and Marie Tarantello. He is survived by his children Frank A. Tarantello Jr.(Shelly Wiemann) of New Mexico, Nicholas(Maureen) Tarantello of Texas and Tina(Shawn) Howard of Canandaigua; grandchildren Austin Tarantello(Katrina Civerolo), Jaime(Justin) Bishop, Brianna Tarantello(Kyle Ryan), Alex(Nicole) Tarantello, Noah Tarantello, Elizabeth Tarantello, Haley Howard and Colby Howard; great grandchild Jazlyn Bishop; brother Anthony(Cheryl) Tarantello. Frank served in Air Force for 4 years active duty and 2 years in the Reserves He then began his career as an apprentice at Eastman Kodak and retired after many years of dedication. He was a Gun Smith, an avid hunter and a dedicated and loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle. He will be forever loved and missed.
Calling hours will be held Wednesday July 7, 2021 from 10a.m. – 12noon at Jarmusz Cotton Funeral Home (26 Maple Ave. Victor, NY). Frank’s Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 3 p.m. St. Mary’s Church (95 North Main Street Canandaigua, NY). Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations towards Hospeace House (https://hospeacehouse.org/donations) are very much appreciated.
I am proud to have known Frank. He was a good honest man. He will be missed. I feel solace in knowing that he is going home to his beloved wife. Happy hunting Frank! You have the best view out of all of us!
Frank was a great guy .met him and brother Tony many years ago at the old campground Hidden Hollow long time ago also bought several guns from him he will be missed
