Michael S Harter, 54, passed away on June 4, 2021 at Strong Memorial Hospital.
Michael was born on February 17, 1967, in Washington, PA, the son of Dorothy L Harter and Paul H Harter.
Michael graduated from Turkeyfoot Valley Area Joint High School in 1985. After high school Michael attended the Electronics Institute in Pittsburgh, PA Afterwards Michael enlisted in the Navy, and served more than two years before being medically discharged.
After some time passed, Michael joined the team at Redcom Laboratories, where he enjoyed his next 26 years of his life.
Michael is pre-deceased by his mother, Dorothy L Harter. He is survived by Mary L Bordwell (fiancé), Matthew J Harter (son), Kaitlin M Bordwell (daughter), Paul H Harter (father), Jackson Warrick (brother) (Kortnee), and many aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends and family Sunday (6/13/2021) from 5:00-7:00 pm, at Jarmusz Cotton Funeral Home, 26 Maple Ave, Victor, NY 14564.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to Strong Memorial Hospital’s Cardiac ICU.
Mary I am so very sorry for your loss. I remember how happy you were when you first met Mike. Unfortunately, as much as I wish I could be there Sunday, I will not be able to. Jason’s car is being worked and he needs mine to go to a graduation at Frontier Field. Call soon and we can meet for lunch.
Micheal, you were an amazing friend. Always willing to lend a hand or just let someone blow off steam. You had patience of a Saint. You were so proud of the kids too. Always giving highlights of a softball game or bring around fundraising sheets. Your going to be missed my friend. May you rest in peace
