Passed away on October 26, 2020 at age 44. Jeremy Joseph Hoffman was born December 15, 1975 in Sharon, CT to Cate Ingalls and the late Joseph Hoffman. Jeremy was predeceased by his brother Jimmy Ingalls; grandparents Richard and Laura Butts and many other family members. He is survived by his mother Cate Ingalls and step father Gary Ingalls; brothers George Hoffman, Andy Hoffman, David Ingalls, Dakota Ingalls, Ricky Ingalls and sister Christen Ingalls. Jeremy attended Webutuck Central School.

A celebration of his life will be held in the Spring in his hometown of Amenia.
