Our dad was quite the social butterfly.
Pete loved spending quality time with his daughters, cooking for his friends, going out with the guys, fishing at the lake, and was an avid Giants, Yankees, and Knicks fan.
His daughters would personally like to thank his care team for always taking such great care of their dad. A very special thanks to Karen Strickland, RN of URMC Hospice, Tracey Heffron and Dr. Valencia of Interlakes Oncology, Dr. Williams and Dr. Cardina of Palliative Care, in addition to all the amazing Nurses, Techs, and staff at FF Thompson Hospital. It was your compassionate care that gave us another beautiful year with our dad. This year our dad got to walk his youngest daughter down the aisle, as she married the man of her dreams, he was able to watch Marina blow out her birthday candles, he got to watch the Yankees go to the World Series. Dad saw President Trump win the vote of the American people. Although he is no longer here, we know that he will always be right by our side, and that is where we will find our strength and comfort.
In honor of our father’s wishes, there will be no public services. In lieu of flowers, donations in our dads name can be directed to The Hope Walk of Yates County https://hopewalkofyatescounty.org/
