Jay C. Upham passed away December 29th, 2021, at Clifton Springs Hospital during his battle with COVID-19. Born in Wellsboro PA, Jay grew up in Elkland, PA, graduating from EHS, attended WACC and spent the greater part of his career in the automotive industry; first as a technician and later as a Field Investigator for NYS DMV. After retiring Jay continued to share his love of camping, fishing, hiking, hunting, kayaking, and music with family and friends old and new including his neighbors in East Bay and friends at the Bay Bridge Sport Shop. He is predeceased by his parents Coe J. Upham Jr. and Joan A. VanDusen. He is survived by his best friend and sister Wendy (Brad) Upham Bryan, fiancée Diane Yates, Favorite Aunt Nancy Smith and many cousins. Also survived by his special “girls” Smoke & Sophie.
