Edward Wright passed away July 30, 2021, after a 14 year long journey with thymoma cancer. His parents Sylvia and Glenn Wright  greeted him at heavens door. Along with other family members. Edward passed with his wife Syble, step daughter Allyson Rath, Ted and Amy Wright at his side.

He leaves behind son Ted (Amy) Wright of Farmington; daughters Lauren Wright of Tennessee, Sarah (Pete) O’Neil of Tennessee and Lindsay Wright of Tennessee; Stepdaughter Allyson Rath of Bloomfield; stepson Andrew Rath of Schnectady; sister’s Brenda and Karen; brother Jim (Pam) Wright; Mother in law Mary Anna Chard of Bloomfield; 10 grandchildren that he will miss seeing grow up.

 

Ed had a career in engineering. He also loved flying his parachute plane and was also a pilot. Some of the other things he enjoyed are motorcycling on country roads climbing the Adirondack mountains with his wife Syble. Sitting by our campfire having a glass of wine. But most of all he loved spending time with his wife Syble and grandson Connor.

His wishes were no type of service. He did want some of his ashes spread in the Adirondack mountains where he climbed several times. If you are interested in being part of that let ([email protected]) know.
