The picture here of Terry seems to capture his joy & loving nature. It simply embodies his loving kindness of his life.,This indeed was Terry’s natural.love in his life for his sons & his 2 grandchildren. .
As part of his heritage,Terry enjoyed taking his sons to the Pittsburgh, Saint Paddy’s Day parade. It was their day to celebrate!. On a couple occasions my brother, Michael Pat w/his daughter, joined him to celebrate the day there with Tim, Ryan & Elizabeth, prior to Zachary’s birth..
Two of a kind were Terry & my brother, Michael Pat. Knowing them both, we knew how big hearted they were where their children were concerned, and their love of family as well.
Many years later Terry was blessed with his youngest son, Evan.
At heart it was always his family, especially his 4 boys, & his 2 grandchildren that he loved so much..
Terry was always kind to all, & always showed Bob & I respect and his generosity of love for us as grandparents & his in-laws. His sons undoubtedly were drawn to his love & his happy heart,. Laughter was just as much a part of Terry as his physicality. We saw him at every football game where his 1st 3 sons played football for Cornell High School. And later, we saw him for Zacharys’ swim meets.
Seemed his unconscious goal was to to make his sons laugh & have fun.as children. That was our impression of Terry, he was a genuinely loving Father.. His basic personality trait shown through to.us as his former in-laws. His love for his sons was admirable.
We are so sorry that he left us all too soon, but, realize his suffering now is over..
We believe as he entered Heaven, the Stones were playing for him, and we believe Terry is doing his best “MickJagger”moves!
He will be so missed, because to know Terry, was to love him. His sons were the apple of his eye. He left this earth, sadly, too soon.
We’d like to think he’s with his family members who’ve passed before him, and they are celebrating. Perhaps he & my brother, Michael Pat, are enjoying a soothing beverage & a cigarette, listening to the Stones & making “Mick Jagger” moves.
His 4 sons & 2 grandchildren were God’s greatest blessing to Terry in life. His spirit will be in the hearts of all his sons & grandchildren forever.
We’d like to express our deepest condolences to all Terry’s family & friends.
God be with all of you in such time of.sorrow. May he rest in peace.
Now, let the music begin!
